In Search Of…

Sugar blood rush wild

I should sleep more

And this is life

So many pieces

Not cut to fit

A wish

What of heaven?

All this I keep

On the inside

To spare you

The world wide

Every man

Has light of Adonis

Every woman

Has smile of Aphrodite

And what we create

Is lost to desire

Lost to the need

To belong

Your spiritual virginity

Commingles with the gods

And that divinity

Might be enough

To save you

I am lost in the dark

There are two sides to magic

And we don’t know

Which side we touch

Curious in euphoria

I search the dust

And find the shock

All beauty has a foundation

Of horrible blackness

Full is my mind

And there waits

A plethora of dimensions

To discover with time

I am only looking

For the light

Looking for the happiness

Of being

Apology Owed?

She dressed in feathers

A bird like no other

Landing on my soul

Wanting her to sing

What color might be

In her dream of sky?

My eyes strain to taste

The smell of her hair

Risk: Four

Yes

To take the gift of speech from out her mouth

Reaching deep            yes            for the surprise

Ten sparking fingers raising gooseflesh

Yes      from sighing head to arching toes

To feed the flower in the fountain            yes

Yes

To feel the power in a woman’s body

Spreading on the sheets            yes       tasting the flesh

Spreading out            yes            oh yes            yes yes

To where the edges blur            yes            into a moan

To let my tongue write poetry on her breast   yes

To risk my teeth changing the beat

Just a nip            yes            then a kiss

Two eyes loving how her flesh becomes a sunset

Yes

The kiss            oh            then another

The smell of her words spreading out            yes

To the walls            soft yes            sweat

Her nails crawling over me        oh

Ahh

And then the whisper

Of would I            yes            kiss the flower   oh

Down there

Yes I would

I will     yes            kiss            oh the charm around us

Loose

Yes

I whistle past her breasts

Tongue yes            poetry on her stomach            yes yes

Hmmm and kiss

How I kiss

Her flower

Yes

As she grasps            ahh            yes yes            my hand

Love you

Love    yes            yes oh            I love you

Yes

Wierd Myself

Word weird pouring out

Arranged letters page-ward all about

And you say?

Analyze everything emotional logic today

Image imagined dreaming the matter of a name

I can’t help

And you say?

Hummingbird lightning perpetual hovering thoughts

Snare me with a length of rope

Beckon beacon me through the door already

And you say?

If I could find avatar for love

Think I weird you out

Relentless syllables tornado flash out

Heartbeat staccato still I solitary

And I say?

Blue in the sky I feel again fall it out

Frustrated gnawing dog old weary apathy

I’m frightened by the possible proximity of your hand

If only I could speak to the shaker

Gasping I stumble hunting the spiritual plan

Humbled esteem Titanic low by the bumblebee nature

And I say?

I must dive deep into the flood

I say I want a soul mate

Someone else to ride this drift

A woman close to kindred

Water before me must be in it

Something in the art of a smile

I must climb out of my pretenses

Heart expansive pause I’m petrified to silence

Patience essential in the question this

What to say?

Mad about the enormity of wingless wanting to fly

Waiting watching maddening wondering through the distractions

Living empty I feel the hint of spiritual intercourse

A soul to take the dive off the deep end

I have no concept of myself save the trying

If only I could move the mover

Extend express

What to say?

Anything I’m only myself
